How Aetna rates will be sourced
- Commercial cells will come from Aetna / CVS Health Transparency in Coverage in-network files, summarized as percentiles for a stated CPT, geography, and billing class. Until that extract is loaded, every Aetna commercial column stays Coming soon.
- Medicare amounts on linked hubs are calculated from the CMS Physician Fee Schedule RVU and GPCI files (currently RVU26D, October 2026). Medicaid FFS amounts are copied from official state professional fee schedules. Those two sources are independent of Aetna contracts.
- Aetna Medicaid MCO and Medicare Advantage plan rates are not FFS. They are not inferred from state FFS or from CMS PFS.
