Parite looks up therapist reimbursement rates from published sources. It covers Medicare's 2026 fee schedule for every state, Medicaid FFS for 24 jurisdictions, and UnitedHealthcare medians for 51 jurisdictions from Transparency in Coverage files. Each number shows its source file and date. Example: UHC pays a median of $127.94 for 90837 in Texas. How we got this number: Texas UHC 90837 median $127.94 is 319 published rate rows, source file dated 2026-09-01. Medicaid FFS is 23 states plus DC. Aetna and Anthem are Coming soon.
The homepage also includes a modeled Rate Lookup table. Those modeled dollars are estimates behind the paywall. They are not the published Medicare, Medicaid FFS, or UnitedHealthcare amounts.

Who this is for
The site is written for therapists, behavioral health group practices, and the billing and ops teams who check and negotiate their payer rates. It is not a consumer find-a-therapist directory and it is not a payer portal.

Parite does not publish a staff directory. The public record of the product is the Rate Lookup tool, the methodology, the data sources we cite, and the MHPAEA compliance article on the blog.
